YOU CAN MAKE SOME NOISE WORKSHOPS

WHAT IS YOU CAN MAKE SOME NOISE?

You Can Make Some Noise is a collaborative initiative between Topology, The Stairwell Project and Peter Breen of Jugglers Art Space, aimed at providing a creative outlet for young adults impacted by cancer. The program offers free music and songwriting sessions with a team of experienced and professional musicians. Led by our team of professional tutors, these workshops focus on empowering individuals to compose and express themselves through music.

Thanks to the generous support of our funding partners, these workshops are offered completely free of charge.

WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?

These workshops are tailored specifically for young adults who have been affected by cancer, recognising the unique challenges they face and the healing potential of music in their lives. Whether you’re an experienced musician or someone who simply wants to share their story, these workshops are open to everyone! No prior musical or artistic background is required—all are welcome.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

Through several iterations of the You Can Make Some Noise workshops, we have found that there are notable benefits to the program, focusing on a holistic approach to healing, self-expression and personal growth. These outcomes can include:

  • Increasing confidence
  • Healing and self-expression
  • Nurturing creativity
