Topology announces ‘WE WILL RISE Recovery Tour’ for Brisbane City and Regional Queensland, reflecting upon the need for resilience, collective recovery and healing.

Topology announced today, on the back of their 16th album release, the WE WILL RISE live performance tour to nine regional Queensland towns along with a greatly anticipated Brisbane one-night only performance at the Princess Theatre, Woolloongabba on Friday 30 October 2020. The Brisbane WE WILL RISE show includes special guest, percussionist extraordinaire Grant Collins and tickets for all ten shows are on sale now at Topology’s website.

WE WILL RISE music has been specifically selected from 23 years of Topology music in order to heal, recover and rebuild. Part performance, part conversation, join the principal artists of Topology for an evening of music designed to inspire community conversation,
collective reflection and renewed strength on the back of traumatic natural events and a global viral pandemic.

“We are so happy to announce a live tour of WE WILL RISE, and particularly to regional rural communities who are bearing the brunt of economic and societal hardships brought about by climate disruption. Recovery takes time and cannot be done alone. In WE WILL RISE, this assembly of tracks, both old and new, asserts our belief in optimism and the faith that we will pull through these times of crisis both individually, together and through the healing power of music.” – Christa Powell, Creative Director & Violinist

All WE WILL RISE shows are one-performance only with seating strictly limited due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements.
